Let’s get you glowing—you deserve it! -(GUEST POLICIES)- To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all guests, please take a moment to review our studio policies: -🌺Appointments- Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 5 minutes late may require rescheduling and will be treated as a late cancellation. New guests: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete any necessary intake forms. -🌺Cancellations & Rescheduling- 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or changes to your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% service fee. No-shows will also be charged a 50% service fee. -🌺Age Requirements- Guests must be at least 18 years old for intimate waxing services. Guests under 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent for all waxing services. Guests under 16 must have a parent or legal guardian present in the room during the service. -🌺Hygiene & Health- Please arrive clean and If you are experiencing skin irritation, sunburn, or any contagious condition in the waxing area, please reschedule your appointment. -🌺Respectful Environment- We maintain a professional and inclusive space for all guests. Disrespectful, inappropriate, or harassing behavior will result in immediate termination of the service and a permanent ban from future bookings. -🌺Guest Illness Policy- The health and safety of our guests and staff are our top priority. We kindly ask that guests who are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, or any other signs of illness, please contact us to reschedule your booking. Guests who arrive visibly ill may be asked to leave and reschedule for a later date. We offer flexible rescheduling options for guests who cancel due to illness with appropriate notice. Same-day cancellations due to illness may be exempt from cancellation fees at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible if you’re feeling unwell. Your Wellbeing Comes First: We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our environment safe and healthy for all. -🌺Waxing Touch-Up Policy- At Comfort and Smooth Beauty LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your waxing service. If you experience any missed spots or uneven areas, we are happy to provide a complimentary touch-up under the following conditions: Touch-up requests must be made within 3 days of your original service date. If the 3rd day falls on a day we are closed, the request must be made on our next open business day. Touch-ups are intended to correct minor issues only and must be scheduled with the same technician when possible.After the 3-day window (or next open day), any additional waxing service will be charged at the regular rate. To schedule a touch-up or if you have any concerns, please contact us as soon as possible. -🌺Refund Policy- At Comfort and Smooth Beauty LLC, we take pride in the quality of our services and products. Please review our refund policy below: -Services: We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please let us know within 3 days so we can address your concerns and offer a possible resolution. -Retail Products: Refunds are available only for unopened, sealed products returned in their original condition. A valid receipt is required for all returns. Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Opened or used products cannot be refunded or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons. -🌺Restroom Policy- To help us stay on schedule and ensure you receive the full benefit of your appointment, we kindly ask that all guests use the restroom before their scheduled service begins. Using the restroom during your appointment may shorten the time available for your service, as we must stay on time for all clients. We value your time and appreciate you valuing ours. ✨ Restrooms are located just outside the elevator. Cleansing wipes will also be provided in the room. By booking with us, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us. -🌺Before Your Wax: For the best results, allow your hair to grow to about the length of a grain of rice—roughly 1/4 inch—which usually means no shaving for at least 2–3 weeks. Please don’t trim, even if the hair feels too long—we’ll take care of it in-suite if needed! Gently exfoliate the area 2–3 days before your appointment to help prevent ingrown hairs. Come to your appointment clean, dry, and free of any lotions or oils. We also recommend wearing comfortable clothing and taking a Tylenol about 30 minutes before your wax to help ease sensitivity. If it’s your first time, no worries—we’ll walk you through everything and make sure you feel relaxed and confident! -🌺After Your Wax: To keep your skin smooth and bump-free, avoid touching or sweating in the freshly waxed area for at least 24 hours—this means no workouts, hot tubs, saunas, or tight clothing. Skip any exfoliating for 2–3 days, then exfoliate gently 2–3 times a week to prevent ingrown hairs. Moisturize daily with your favorite aftercare product to keep your skin hydrated. Avoid tanning, heavy creams, and direct sun exposure on the waxed area for 48 hours. Slight redness or sensitivity is totally normal and should fade quickly. And remember—consistency is key! Regular waxing every 4–6 weeks gives you the best results over time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service, which will be billed to the card on file. Late Arrivals We offer a 5-minute grace period. If you’re not in the suite by the 5-minute mark, we may need to reschedule your appointment or adjust the service to honor the time of the next client.
